Twick or Tweat

Carter and Aubrey did not have a good night again last night.  We decided to give them each a bottle in the middle of the night even though I didn't want to.  I'm so sleep deprived that I get cranky in the middle of the night.

Carter and Aubrey wore their Thing 1 and Thing 2 outfits today.  Calvin and Brayden had their "Will trade Sister for candy" shirts on today.

I made sure to leave work right at 4:00 today so that I could get the kids and make it home in time for Trick or Treating.  We got the kids fed and changed into their Halloween costumes.  Calvin and Brayden were very excited to put on their Lightning McQueen race suits.  Carter and Aubrey were less than excited about putting on their costumes, but they didn't fuss too much. 

I decided to take the canopy off the wagon even though it was supposed to rain.  It started sprinkling after a while, but it wasn't bad.  It was actually a very nice night for Trick or Treating.  Everyone loved seeing the little ones.  Brayden really enjoyed getting candy.  In fact, Calvin and Brayden wanted to eat their candy as soon as they got it.  I'm not exactly sure how much they ate tonight, but it was a decent amount.

They stayed up pretty late and didn't go to bed until after 8:00.  I'm sure they were tired because they went down without a fuss.  I didn't think they would go to sleep that easily considering all the chocolate that they ate.
